Regulatory authorities worldwide, including the European Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, and competition authorities in multiple jurisdictions, have increasingly scrutinized dominant platforms’ ability to preference their own services and restrict competition, demanding more openness and interoperability. Crucially, this distribution of border points is agnostic of routing speed profiles. It’s based only on whether a road is passable or not. This means the same set of clusters and border points can be used for all car routing profiles (default, shortest, fuel-efficient) and all bicycle profiles (default, prefer flat terrain, etc.). Only the travel time/cost values of the shortcuts between these points change based on the profile. This is a massive factor in keeping storage down – map data only increased by about 0.5% per profile to store this HH-Routing structure!

I don’t use all of the colors available from most smart lights, but I do like bright cool white light during the day and nice warm white light in the evening. When the back of the desk was close to a white wall, I had a pair of Govee Flow Plus light bars mounted behind the monitors. The light reflected off the wall, providing really nice background light. That doesn't work now that the back of the desk is not close to a wall. Now, for ambient lighting in the evening, I have six Taysing LED mini indoor spotlights on a smart plug. They’re pointed at the wall, ceiling, and desktop and provide just the right amount of warm background light.
